Araitha Mavu Bhaji



Ingredients:

  1.  Besan Flour -1 cup
  2. Raw rice - 1/2 cup
  3. Pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Cumin -1/2 teaspoon
  5. Asafoetida - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt - according your taste
  7. Raw Banana ,Bhaji Chilli, or Potato
  8. Oil for frying


Method

  • 1. Soak raw rice for half an hour.
  • 2. Grind it with chilli,pepper, cumin
  • 3. Add the besan flour , asafoetida, salt .
  • 4. Consistency sholud be like dosa flour.
  • 5. Cut the Raw bananas longitudinally .
  • 6. Dip the banana in the batter and fry it in the oil.
  • 7. Turn both the side and cook well in medium fire.
  • Tasty bhaji is ready.
