- Kabuli Channa - 1 cup
- Parsley - 1/2 bunch
- Coriander leaf - 1 table spoon
- Onion - 1
- Cumin Seed- 1 tea spoon
- Garlic - 4 pods
- Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon
- Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon
- Salt- as per requirement.
Method:
1. Soak Channa for 8 hrs in water.
2. Cut Parsley, coriander leaf and Onion into small pieces.
3. Mix all the ingredients and grind it coarsely.
4.Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a ping pong ball. Slightly flatten.
5. Fry it in the oil.
