Wheat Payasam

Wheat Payasam
Ingredients:

  • Wheat( Coarsely Grinded) - 1 cup
  • Jaggery - 1 cup
  • Coconut milk - 2 cups.
  • Cardamom Powder - 1 tea spoon


Method:
1. pressure cook the wheat for a whistle.
2. Prepare jaggery syrup by boiling the jaggery with 1/4 cup water.
3. Add the syrup to the pressure cooked wheat.
4. cook till the wheat become soft.
5.  Add the coconut milk and boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
6. Now sprinkle the cardamom powder and remove from  the stove.
7. Healthy payasam is ready..
