Egg Theyal

Ingrdients

  • Egg - 4
  • Coconut - 1 cup
  • Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Pepper- 1 table spoon
  • Garlic - 10 pods
  • Small Onion - 5
  • Curry leaf - few
  • oil - 1 table spoon
  • Salt to taste.

Seasoning

  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Curry leaf - few
  • Small Onion - 3
  • Garlic - 3




Method
1. Boil the egg .
2. Add little oil and fry coconut , onion , curry leaf, Garlic into red colour.Then add chilli powder , coriander powder and pepper powder and stir for a minutes.
3. Allow it to cool and grind it into fine paste.
4. Heat the oil in pan, add mustard seeds and when the mustard seeds starts to sputter add curry leaf, add onion and garlic. When it become red add the paste with 2 cups of water.
5. when the mixture start to boil add the eggs. Keep the flame low and cook for 10 minutes. Now the oil start to come up. Now stop the flame. Egg theyal is ready.
