- Wheat half broken - 1 cup
- Mixed vegetable - 2 cup
- (Carrot, Beans, CauliFlower, Potato)
- Onion - 1
- Tomato -1
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
- Green Chilli - 2
- Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 1 table spoon.
- Salt to taste.
Seasoning
- Oil - 1 Table Spoon
- Cinnaman Stick - 1 "
- Cloves - 3
- Cardamom - 2
Method
1. Cut the onion, Green chilli and tomato lenghtywise.All vegatables into cubes.
2. Keep the cooker in the stove and add oil. Add seasoning things and let start to fry.
3. Add onion when it become transparent add tomato ,after few seconds add Ginger Garlic Paste.When it become Curry like add 2 cups of water.
4. When water start to boil add salt and wheat. When the wheat cooked half close the cooker and keep for one whistle.Alow it to cool.
5. In the microwave cook the vegetables by keeping 2 minutes high.After that add chilli powder and salt.
6. When cooker cools on its way open and add vegetables.Mix well . sprinkle lime juice.
7. Keep it in low flame for another 5-10 minutes.
8. Healthy diet food is ready.
