Ingredients
- Rice- 2 cup
- Toor dhal - 1/2 cup
- Drum stick - 5 pieces
- Brinjal - 2
- Cucumber - 3" piece
- Yam - 100 gms
- Raw Banana - 1
- Carrot - 1/2
- Cluster beans - 5
- Drum stick leaf - 1 cup
- coconut - 1 cup
- chiili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Small onion - 5
- Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric [powder- 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste.
- Seasoning
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 3 table spoon
- Chilli - 2
- Curry leaf - 1 bunch
Method:
- Cut the vegetable lengthy wise.
- Grind chilli powder, onion, pepper , turmeric powder .
- Grind coconut, cumin coarsely.
- Half Cook vegetable with chiili masala.
- In the cooker cook rice and dhal. when it start to boil add vegetable mix. Close the cooker and cook for a whistle.
- In a tawa add oil, mustard , curry leafand chilli . when the mustard seeds starts to sputter ,add drum stick leaf and coarsely grinded coconut mix.
- Keep aside.When the cooker become normal open and add the above mix and keep in low fire 5 - 10 minutes.
