- Chicken - 1/2 kg (boneless)
- Onion - 1
- Tomato -1
- Green chilli - 2
- Ginger & garlic (Coarsely grinded) - 2 teaspoon
- Potato - 1
- Chilli powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
- Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
- Seasoning
- Bay leaf
- cloves -2
- Cinnamon stick- 1"
- Salt to taste.
Method:
- Cut the chicken into small pieces. And Marinate with 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder ,1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Keep aside for 1 hr.
- Cut onion and tomato in a lenghty wise.
- Cut Potato into circular way.
- Fry the chicken half a way in oil.
- In the same oil fry Potato also. Drain excess oil.
- In the same oil put seasoning things let it for few 1 minute and add onion and chilli. when onion become golden brown add Ginger garlic ,cook in low flame for 5 minutes then add tomato.
- When Tomato is cooked well add chilli, coriander powder and salt. After few minutes add half a cup water add chicken. when chicken is cooked well add potato and Pepper powder.
- Now Chicken fry with potato is ready.
