Ingredients
- pudina (Mint) leave - 1 cup
- (clean and dry)
- curry leaf- 1 cup
- urd dhal - 1 cup
- channa dhal - 1 cup
- chilli -10
- Kashmiri chilli - 5( optional)
- Sesame - 3 table spoon
- Tamarind - 1 small lime size
- jaggery - 1 table spoon
- coconut - 2 tablespoon
- salt to taste
Method
- wash and dry pudina and curry leaf.
- Fry all the ingredients with few drops of oil separately.
- Grind it like Idli powder.
