- Paneer - 100 gms.
- Fresh fenugreek-1cup (chopped)
- onion-2 (finely chopped)
- Tomato -1/2cup (chopped)
- Ginger,garlic paste-2tsp
- Green chillies-2 finely chopped
- Redchilli powder- 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
- Garam masala powder -1/2tsp
- Fresh cream-2tbsp
- salt to taste
- sugar-1tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 1 table spoon
- cumin seed - 1 teaspoon.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add paneer and stir for a while .Keep aside.
- In the same oil add cumin seeds,onions,green chillies,saute for 3 mins.
- Add ginger,garlic paste,saute well.
- Add tomato ,all dry masala powders,sugar,salt,1cup water and 1/2 cup milk for 5 mins.
- Add chopped fenugreek leaves cook for a while add paneer and fresh cream.
- Serve hot with chapati.
