Baby Corn Starter
Ingredients
- Baby Corn - 5
- Besan flour - 2 tablespoon
- Corn flour - 2 tablespoon
- Sodium Bi Carbonate (Soda salt) - 1 pinch
- Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 teasppon
- Salt as required
- Oil for frying
Method
1. Cut the corns longitudinally.
2. Mix well the flours with soda salt , masala powder and salt.
3. Add water to besan and make a batter of medium consistency.
4. Dip each corn in the batter and fry till it turns to light brown.
5. Serve hot with tomato Ketchup .
