Ingredients
- Pumpkin peeled and grated -1 cup
- Grated jaggery - 1/2 cup
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Semolina rava - 2 tablespoon
- Pure ghee - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - A pinch
- Cardamom powder - A pinch
- Oil to Deep fry.
Method
- Heat Ghee in Kadai, add grated pumpkin. Saute it and cover it for 2 minutes.
- Now add jaggery and cook together. Once it mixed well and pumpkin is cooked, remove from the flame. Let it get slightly warm.
- Add cardamom powder, salt, wheat flour, rava ,Pure ghee to the pumpkin and make a dough of it.
- If you think it is very loose you can add more flour to it. Let the dough cool.
- Make small balls of dough. Spread them like a puri.
- Deep fry these in hot oil until golden brown.
